Kinfolk is a social enterprise, we re-direct 100% of our profits between 4 development projects in Australia and abroad and up to 30 volunteers assist in the cafe each week.

Since January 2012(when we found the time to start recording volunteer activities), 92 volunteers have contributed over 6650 hours in the running of the cafe. Through the support of our vast community we have been able to distribute $60,763 to our project partners.  We are quite humbled how this little cafe has been able to weave its way into the heart of the community and we are utterly inspired by the ripple effects of this goodwill that extends all the way to the projects in Australia and abroad.
